Illegal-content notice and appeal procedure

1. How to submit a notice

Use the report button on the listing or send a notice to kontakt@podziel.pl. The reporting channel is available without an account where technically possible.

2. Information required

• A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is considered illegal or prohibited.
• The exact URL, listing identifier or other information allowing the content to be located.
• The reporter’s name and email, except where law permits anonymous reporting for a specific offence.
• A good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete.
• Optional evidence such as screenshots, documents or authority references, without disclosing unnecessary personal data.

3. Processing

• The system assigns a reference number and records receipt.
• Notices are assessed impartially and proportionately, using automated prioritisation only as support.
• The operator may request clarification where the content cannot be identified or the notice is insufficient.
• Urgent risk to life, safety, children or evidence of a serious criminal offence may be escalated immediately.

4. Decision and reasons

Possible outcomes include no action, reduced visibility, correction request, removal, account restriction or referral to a competent authority. Where required and legally permitted, the affected user and reporter receive the decision, main reasons and available redress.

5. Appeal

An affected user may appeal through the account or reply channel identified in the decision. The appeal should identify the reference, explain the objection and attach relevant evidence. It is reviewed by a person not solely relying on the original automated result.

6. Abuse and records

Manifestly unfounded or repeated abusive notices and appeals may be limited after warning. Records are retained only for the period needed for compliance, safety, disputes and reporting.

Legal framework

The documents take into account the GDPR, the Digital Services Act, Polish rules on electronic services, electronic communications and mandatory consumer protection. Their final application depends on the operator’s actual business model and integrations.
